What we collect

When you chat with Amie, we collect the messages you send (so the AI can give you a useful answer and so we can improve the product), the case information you choose to share (so we can prepare your forms), your phone number if you give it to us, and your email if you give it to us.

We use industry-standard analytics (Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. Those tools see standard data — pages viewed, device type, country — but never the content of your chats.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your chat content with third parties beyond what's required to deliver the service (e.g., the AI provider that generates Amie's replies).
  • We do not use your case information to train other AI models or for marketing without your consent.

Privilege

Important: Amie is not a law firm. Conversations with Amie are not protected by attorney-client privilege. If you need privileged communication, you need an attorney — Amie can introduce you to one.

Your rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA: to know what data we have, to delete it, to opt out of any sale (we don't sell), and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. Email us at the address on the terms page to exercise any of these.
